Essential Functions:
Supports, communicates, reinforces, and upholds the mission, values, and culture of the organization Partners with Executive Director and Director of Operations to support site, departmental, and corporate goals Participates in the analysis of appropriate staffing levels based on business demands, knowing the where and when of need for new technicians, clinical supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts Implements employee training and development programs in collaboration with the Clinical Skills Trainers Supports management in the handling of employee relations matters, this includes, investigating sensitive and complex situations and facilitates the resolution of matters on conflict at the earliest opportunity.
Escalates concerns in relation to HR and other matters to the appropriate management staff as necessary - Executive Director and Director of Operations Maintains and reports data related to headcount, turnover rates, recruitment metrics and trends, etc.
, on a monthly and as needed basis to Director of Operations Leads specific HR-related projects as assigned, researching, progressing, and coordinating projects and making recommendations for future action Participates in annual benefit renewals and open enrollment processes in coordination with corporate directives - through Gusto Oversee all job posts in Gusto Interviews Maintain detailed interview notes Scheduling 2nd round clinical interviews with the Sr.
BCBA for all Clinical Supervisor and BCBA positions Create and distribute all new hire accounts Sending initial Welcome emails Sending initial Onboarding emails Scheduling onboarding orientation and new hire trainings Adheres to all quality and safety standards Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned Company Compliance of all onboarding documentation including but not limited to:
Training, Certificates, annual refreshers Maintaining Company compliance documents through practice management system Theralytics Work directly with the Human Resources Assistant Full termination documentation & process Deactivation of all accounts Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and perform repetitive movements of hands or wrists.
The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds.
Mental Demands While performing the duties of this class, an employee uses written and oral communication skills; reads and interprets data, information and documents; analyzes and solves problems; uses math and mathematical reasoning; performs highly detailed work; deals with multiple concurrent tasks; and interacts with others encountered in the course of work, including frequent contact with staff Work Environment The employee works in an home / office environment where the noise level is usually quiet.
Certain positions within the classification may require availability to work flexible schedule.
Required 1 year experience in Human Resources at any level PHR Certification (Desired) / PHRca or SHRM (Desired) Experience 6 months
