Manteca, CA Manteca, CA Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour We are looking for a super star leasing consultant at our beautiful, brand new community called The Element Apartments.
The leasing consultant will be responsible for activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
Must be qualified to work in a team environment possessing great problem solving skills, ability to plan and organize, work to meet deadlines, critical and analytical thinking, ability to establish a relationship and maintain rapport with clients and strong interpersonal skills.
This position requires candidate to work weekends.
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all Perform administrative duties related to sales and marketing Assist residents with work order requests Ability to focus on the needs of others Generates and manages prospective residents, prepare lease documentation, and completes all processes necessary for move-in paperwork Process lease renewal paperwork Assists with ongoing residents by ensuring requests are responded to promptly and accurately Supports management by providing clerical support such as answering phone calls, filing, and processing paperwork, as needed Performs other duties as assigned Experience Sales experience, customer service or marketing experience a must Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Check out our beautiful community at www.
