The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing advice and guidance to employees regarding a variety of HR issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Advise managers on employee relations issues.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Develop training programs to improve employee performance and morale.
Assist with employee benefits administration.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze results.
