Responsibilities:
Implement and administer employee policies and promote positive employee relations Assist HR Director as needed Handle termination-related matters Assist in processing weekly payroll Maintain employee vacation logs Enter new hire information to the EDD Process child support payments through Expertpay Process 401K contributions Maintain complex logs in Excel format Assist with the maintenance of employee benefits, including 401(k) plan documentation Assist with onboarding all new personnel
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Bilingual Spanish / English ADP experience Well-versed in laws and regulations regarding hiring, terminations, and leave management Experience in processing a large volume of payroll Ability to create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets Ability to handle multiple assignments at one time Excellent organization skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to consistently work a full-time schedule Monday- Friday Job Type:

$75,000.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
