(but are not limited to) Renting storage units Accepting payments Answering customer questions Mailing of required legal notices to delinquent customers Other routine office duties will be assigned Desired Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills Willingness to Learn Positive Attitude Passion for What you Do Must be computer literate with at least 5 years of customer service experience.
This position is part time and will include Saturdays.
It would be 2 days a week in our Stockton location and 1 day a week in our Delhi location.
Our office hours are weekdays 9:
30am to 6:
00pm and Saturdays are from 8:
30 am to 5 pm.
Some overtime may occur.
Occasional extra shifts will be necessary, but these will be infrequent.
