The ideal Account Manager candidate has a proven track record as a leader; Experience working with customers throughout the USA and Canada; Experience managing high-volume accounts; can multitask and think outside the box.
Responsibilities Full functional responsibility for assigned book of business.
Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships.
Work with assigned customer accounts to ensure high level of customer service.
Work with corporate sales team to generate revenue through new and existing customers.
Dispatch company drivers, broker freight, solicit customers, solicit outside carriers to increase our carrier network, manage assigned customer accounts, and much more.
Generate customer quotes, marketing material, and assist with pricing strategies.
