- Experience or knowledge in social work, memory care, recreational therapy, or a related field - Strong organizational and time management skills for effective schedule management - Understanding of aging issues and the ability to provide counseling and support to residents - Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies - Familiarity with assisted living facilities and caregiving responsibilities Note:
