Requirements:

to 7 years experience Management Experience Bachelor's Degree The Director of Emergency Services (Registered Nurse) is accountable for providing leadership to the Emergency Services Department through the management of clinical, financial, and human resources.
Exhibits excellent technical skill, critical thinking, initiative, integrity, accuracy and compassion towards the delivery of quality nursing care in an interdisciplinary practice environment.
Oversees and directs Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response planning and preparation for the organization.
The Director of Emergency Services oversees all department functions and provides leadership in the development and evaluation of nursing personnel, and in maintaining operations of the patient care units.
Promotes teamwork between departments and contributes to the provision of safe, high quality nursing care.
Demonstrates expertise in motivating the nursing team toward a common goal of providing safe, quality patient care while supervising care delivery in a fiscally responsible manner.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Active California R.
N.
license, Healthcare Provider BLS upon hire, TNCC, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
CCRN or CEN preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
